MONICA NICHOLS, Chief Executive Officer
Monica's professional background in the fashion industry spanned 21 years, during which she served as Director of Product Development & Production for renowned companies such as Donna Karan New York, Ann Taylor, and Coach. Her roles required her to manage the entire production life cycle, from concept to delivery, and entailed extensive global travel.
When her son Samuel was diagnosed with autism, Monica underwent a profound transformation, choosing to leave her career to become his dedicated advocate. Through this journey, she discovered that the principles of organization, information, and community support, which she utilized in the business world, were equally essential in navigating the complexities of her son's needs.
Currently, Monica holds the position of Director of Strategic Planning at a New York-based company that provides therapies and services for children with special needs. As the CEO of SAVED for Special Needs, her passion is to care for the caregivers and equip families with the tools and support necessary to help their loved ones reach their full potential.
Monica is deeply grateful to Samuel for teaching her patience and helping her realign her priorities. She also acknowledges her husband's unwavering support and recognizes the unique empathy and generosity of siblings like her younger son, Matthew, who have a brother or sister with special needs.

GLEN ROESCH, Chief Technology Officer
Glen Roesch's journey into the world of technology began in the military, where he served as a systems administrator manager on an aircraft carrier. This unique experience laid the foundation for his post-service career as a software engineer, where he dedicated himself to developing affordable software solutions for companies striving to streamline their operations.
Beyond his professional achievements, Glen's personal connection to the mission of our organization runs deep. Motivated by his brother, who is mentally disabled, Glen co-founded this organization with a clear vision: to ensure that individuals like his brother have the resources and support they need to thrive. His commitment to this cause is driven by the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed and that our organization can be a beacon of hope for those seeking help.
Despite not seeking accolades or recognition, Glen's life is a testament to service. A father of three, he has also been a firefighter and EMT for over 20 years and an ocean lifeguard for the same duration. His dedication to serving his community in various capacities embodies the spirit of our organization.
Glen envisions a future where our organization can provide the necessary resources and knowledge for caregivers and families, offering hope and support to those in need. He does not subscribe to a single personal philosophy but lets his actions and commitment to service speak for themselves.
As CTO, Glen invites you to join our mission. Supporting us means ensuring that caregivers and families in our community have the help they desperately need. Together, we can make our community a better, more supportive place for everyone.
